This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath town home is absolutely exquisite. The modern decor will surely catch your eye. The home has been completely renovated so everything is brand new.
The space
The master bedroom has a king bed, two cell charging night stands with Bluetooth speaker, tv and private balcony. Bedroom number 2 also has a king bed and a tv. Bedroom number 3 ( the Mario kart room) has 2 twin beds, tv. The beds are very comfortable combined with the fresh linens will surely give you a restful nights sleep. The home sleeps 8 people comfortably and has everything to make your stay the best experience while on your holiday. You have a fully equipped kitchen which will allow you to prepare a wonderful family meal to eat either at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Spend time with the family watching a movie on the comfortable sectional sofa with the 75 inch tv. You have a washer and dryer in the home and we also provide pool towels as well. The patio is so nice to just relax and take in the nature view. There are 2 pools which you have full access, a kids splash pad, tennis courts (provide own rackets and balls) and the Lake Berkely beach and kids playground. There is also a catch and release fishing pier.

We knew what area we wanted to be in, perfect location to get everywhere. You can get to the parks without using the I-4 which is a nightmare. Plenty of restaurants near by, stones throw from a Walmart. The only fault we found is the laminate flooring needs replacing it’s loose and doesn’t lay flat in places.

A really great Airbnb if you like privacy and peace. Space was ideal for a small family and everything matched the photos. Small toiletries provided by Trevor came in handy.

Additional rules
GARBAGE Please remove all trash and food from the home. We will provide you with 10 garbage bags per stay. Any garbage left upon guest check out and guests will be charged $100.00. Trash goes in the dumpsters that are located across the road from the home.
KITCHEN Please remove all food/drinks from fridge and cabinets. Please rinse and place dirty dishes, cups, pots, pans and silverware in dishwasher. Please do not use metal utensils on pans as it will scratch up the Teflon. Use only plastic utensils when cooking.
PERSONAL ITEMS Please check for personal belongings (especially phone chargers) If any items are left behind, the cleaners are instructed to throw items away.
NO RV'S OR COMERCIAL VEHICLES PERMITTED.
PETS Pets allowed upon approval. No pets over 35lbs are allowed in the unit.
NO SMOKING inside the home. $2500 fee will be charged if home smells like smoke. Smoking on patio with door closed is permitted.
Keep Patio doors closed, (due to Wildlife presence)
Swimming in the Lake is not advised (Fishing permitted)
NO PARTIES ALLOWED If police are called out to the house for noise or party related complaints, Guest will be charged a $250 fee and could be asked to leave. Small birthday gatherings are allowed. No more than 15 people permitted.
NO GUNS OR WEAPONS
NO EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT $100 late check-out fee will apply without prior request/approval.
TOWELS/LINENS Please bring your own wash clothes. Do not use towels to remove make up, grease etc. $20 charge for each towel that is missing, stained and or damaged. $50 charge for any missing, damaged or stained bed sheets, pillow cases or comforters.
NO MOVING OF FURNITURE All interior and exterior furniture must remain in its place. A $200 fee will be charged if any interior or exterior furniture is moved from its original place.
CHECK-IN DAY GATE ACCESS Please send me a message of the primary guests driving vehicles on the platform on which you booked in order to be able to come in the gate.
I will reach out to you via text the day before or morning of check in with the access codes for the home.
PLEASE CHECK THE HOME UPON ARRIVAL. TAKE PICTURES OF ANYTHING BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MISSING LIKE TV REMOTES. (Please don't send pictures of stains or dirt, or just normal wear and tear) AND SEND TO ME VIA TEXT SO THAT YOU ARE NOT CHARGED AFTER CHECK OUT. UPON CHECK OUT, ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS MUST BE CLOSED AND LOCKED AND AC MUST BE SET TO 78 DEGREES. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER MISSING REMOTE AND OR $25 FOR EACH DOOR OR WINDOW LEFT OPEN AND $25 FOR THE AC ON ANY NUMBER OTHER THEN 78.
Please be aware that a starter kit of complimentary toiletries will be provided for your stay. Any additional supplies must be supplied by the guest.
