You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay.
Our home has a EcoBee thermostat for comfort and efficiency. The AC can be set between 69–78°F to ensure smooth operation in the Florida heat. It will shut down the system if a door and/or windows are opened for an extended period of time
Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind.
Max occupancy is 8 to include infants per fire code guidelines and HOA; parties exceeding max occupancy will not be issued a refund.
We'll be sending you information about House Rules to follow to ensure your stay is seamless!

If you want a place that’s very quiet and secluded, and a very responsive host, this place is great. Only thing I’d say is if you’re going to Disney, the 2 days I went to animal kingdom and Epcot, expect a 30 min drive. Nearest Starbucks is like a 15 min drive. I didn’t mind those things. Thanks Trevor for being so responsive. Will definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay, close to Disney, 15mins without traffic. Champions Gate now also has load of restaurants near by.
The community pool is just a pool and ideal for adults not much entertainment for young kids.
Apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need for your stay.

We want your stay to be comfortable and stress-free. These guidelines help us care for the home and ensure a great experience for everyone.
GARBAGE Please remove all trash and food from the home before departure. We provide garbage bags for each stay. All bags must be tied securely and placed in the trash dispenser on the way to the parking lot. (video in the guidebook for location) Excessive trash may require an additional cleaning fee.
KITCHEN Please remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and cabinets. Rinse and place used dishes, cups, pots, pans, and silverware in the dishwasher. To protect our cookware, please use plastic utensils only, as metal utensils may damage non-stick surfaces.
PERSONAL ITEMS Please check the home carefully for personal belongings, especially phone chargers. Any items left behind may be discarded during cleaning.
PARKING Indoor parking is included with your stay. RVs and commercial vehicles are not permitted by the resort.
POOL AREA For safety reasons, glass is not permitted in the pool area. Only plastic plates, cups, and utensils are allowed. PETS Pets are not permitted in this resort.
SMOKING Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the home. A $2,500 fee will apply if the home smells of smoke.
GATHERINGS AND NOISE Parties are not allowed. Small birthday gatherings are permitted, with a maximum of 15 people. If police are called due to noise or party-related issues, a $250 fee will apply. SAFTEY Firearms or weapons are not permitted on the property.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a $100 fee.
TOWELS AND LINENS Please bring your own washcloths. Towels should not be used for makeup removal, grease, or similar products. A $20 charge applies for each missing, stained, or damaged towel. A $50 charge applies for each missing, stained, or damaged sheet, pillowcase, or comforter. FURNITURE All interior and exterior furniture must remain in its original location.
ARRIVAL AND GATE ACCESS Please use the gate access code in your check in message. Access codes for the home and resort will be sent by a message in the platform you booked on, the day before or the morning of arrival.
UPON ARRIVAL Please inspect the home upon arrival. Take photos of any broken, damaged, or missing items, such as TV remotes, and send them by text so you are not charged after checkout. There is no need to report normal wear and tear, stains, or general cleanliness.
CHECKOUT At checkout, please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked and that the air conditioning is set to 78°F. A $25 fee may apply for each missing remote or each door or window left open.
STARTER SUPPLIES A complimentary starter kit of toiletries is provided for your arrival. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.
RESORT WRISTBANDS Resort amenity wristbands are required. A $50 fee will apply for each lost wristband.
