If you want a place that’s very quiet and secluded, and a very responsive host, this place is great. Only thing I’d say is if you’re going to Disney, the 2 days I went to animal kingdom and Epcot, expect a 30 min drive. Nearest Starbucks is like a 15 min drive. I didn’t mind those things. Thanks Trevor for being so responsive. Will definitely recommend this place!

very nice place in a very nice neighborhood! pretty close to everything Disney wise and not too far from Central Orlando! will definitely look into staying here again if we visit Florida again :)

Great place to stay, close to Disney, 15mins without traffic. Champions Gate now also has load of restaurants near by.
The community pool is just a pool and ideal for adults not much entertainment for young kids.
Apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need for your stay.

Additional rules
GARBAGE Please remove all trash and food from the home. We will provide you with 10 garbage bags per stay. Garbage goes beside building 3, in any one of the dumpsters, please do not leave outside the door.
KITCHEN Please remove all food/drinks from fridge and cabinets. Please rinse and place dirty dishes, cups, pots, pans, and silverware in dishwasher.
PERSONAL ITEMS Please check for personal belongings (especially phone chargers) If any items are left behind, the cleaners are instructed to throw items away.
NO RV'S OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PERMITTED.
SMOKING No smoking inside the home. $2500 fee will be charged if home smells like smoke. Smoking on patio with door closed is permitted.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED If police are called out to the house for noise or party related complaints, guest will be charged a $200 fee and may be asked to leave. Small birthday gatherings are allowed. No more than 15 people permitted.
NO GUNS OR WEAPONS
PETS Pets allowed upon approval. No pets over 35lbs are allowed in the unit.
NO EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT $100 late check-out fee will apply without prior request/approval.
TOWELS/LINENS We kindly request you to please do not strip the beds, our professional laundry
will handle and replace everything in each check out date. Do not use towels to remove make up, grease etc. $20 charge for each towel that is missing, stained and or damaged. $50 charge for any missing, damaged or stained bed sheets, pillow cases or comforters.
NO MOVING OF FURNITURE All interior and exterior furniture must remain in its place.
CHECK-IN DAY GATE ACCESS Please message me the full names of all guests and visitors over the age of 18 years old and we will provide you with the gate code.
I will reach out to you via message the day before or morning of check in with the access codes for the home.
PLEASE CHECK THE HOME UPON ARRIVAL. IF YOU SEE ANYTHING BROKEN OR MISSING, NOTIFY ME RIGHT AWAY. TAKE A PICTURE OF ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES AND SEND ME A MESSAGE. IF REMOTES ARE MISSING AT CLEANER CHECK OUT VERIFICATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER REMOTE. (Please don't send pictures of stains or dirt, or just normal wear and tear)
Please be aware that a starter kit of complimentary toiletries will be provided for your stay. Any additional supplies must be supplied by the guest.
